Holiday Inn Country Club Plaza – Hotel near airport in Kansas City

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not what I expected from a Holiday Inn, clean with gated parking, but the lack of elevators made carrying luggage a hassle. The service, although friendly and accommodating, felt misaligned with the hotel's brand. The location near Country Club Plaza and access to attractions was a highlight, but safety concerns lingered nearby. Dining options were limited due to low guest numbers. The facilities were adequate but could use improvements to justify the price paid.
